titleOfInvention Concentrate ink composite
abstract Disclosed herein is a kind of method for concentrating ink composite, wherein methods described includes step:(a) ink composite is provided, the ink composite includes liquid carrier and the particle comprising resin and colouring agent, wherein, the solid in the ink composite in ink composite described in every g contains the electric charge guiding agent less than 0.3mg;(b) ink composite is transmitted between chargeable conveyer and first electrode, wherein applying potential causes affiliated ink composite to be attached to the chargeable conveyer, wherein the electric field between the chargeable conveyer and the first electrode is 2000V/mm or bigger;(c) ink composite is transmitted on the conveyer with by mobile surface, surface is moved described in wherein described ink contact and applies potential between the conveyer and the mobile surface, so that the particle is arranged as moving to the conveyer, and some liquid carriers are removed to increase the concentration of the particle on the conveyer in liquid carrier, so as to form concentration ink on the conveyer, then the conveyer and the mobile surface are separated each other, and at least some concentration ink are retained on the conveyer; And (d) removes the concentration ink from the conveyer and transfers them to storage container. Also disclose a kind of equipment.
