abstract The present invention relates to preparation method and the goods thereof of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) the base nanoporous carbon fiber that one is pore-foaming agent with caged silsesquioxane (POSS), its preparation method comprises the preparation of step (1) polyacrylonitrile and caged silsesquioxane blend solution; (2) electrostatic spinning prepares nanoporous carbon fibre precursor; (3) pre-oxidation of nanoporous carbon fibre precursor; (4) nanoporous carbon fiber is prepared in charing.The method simple process, energy consumption cost are low, the method gained nanoporous carbon fiber product size is controlled, average diameter is about 100 ~ 1000 nanometers, aperture is 5-200 nanometer, and can according to PAN/POSS content than regulation and control aperture size, have that specific area is large, chemical stability good, high length-diameter ratio, be applicable to continuous seepage.
