titleOfInvention Aqueous damping paint
abstract The invention discloses an aqueous damping paint, which comprises the following components by weight proportion: 19-21 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 18-23 parts of PA66 resin, 20-36 parts of thickening agent, 1-2 parts of ailanthus altissima wood chip, 2-6 parts of fir wood chip, 4-8 parts of linden wood chip, 5-7 parts of calcium stearate, 9-11 parts of stearic acid, 9-14 parts of magnesium sulfate, 8-13 parts of silver sulfate, 2-6 parts of copper sulphate, 1-3 parts of hollow ceramic bead and 41 parts of sodium dodecanesulphonate. The product has wide polymer damping temperature, and has characteristics of stable property and difficult deformation during a drying process, can effectively increase the damping performance and elastic modulus, and has good physical and mechanical properties as well as flame retardation performance.
