The invention discloses a method for obtaining sheet layer two-dimensional material by stripping layered three-dimensional material. The method includes the following steps that first, carbon quantum dots and the layered three-dimensional material are added into water to be evenly mixed; second, the evenly mixed solution is subjected to ultrasonic treatment; third, the solution subjected to ultrasonic treatment is subjected to centrifugal separation, and the sheet layer two-dimensional material is obtained. The layered three-dimensional material comprises graphite, molybdenum disulfide, tungsten sulfide, boron nitride and other material. According to a preparing method, the condition is mild, the reaction is environmentally friendly, reagents for use are novel and simple, and the preparing method has application prospects. |
