abstract | The invention discloses a prescription, a portable delivering device and a preparation method for a compound ointment used for treating colpitis. The invention is characterized in that the compound ointment is prepared from the following components by using specially-produced internal and external packing according to specific flow process: on the basis of weight, 5% of a main drug A (which is one selected from 5-nitroimidazole antibiotics), 4% of a main drug B (which is one selected from azole antifungals), 0.2% of a main drug C (which is one selected from cationic bactericides) and matrix adjuvant (consisting of 5% of sodium carboxymethyl starch, 0.3% of carboxymethylcellulose sodium, 20% of glycerin and 65.5% of purified water). The ointment is prepared from the above-mentioned materials by using a specific process and is then sealed in the portable delivering device. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the ointment has small granularity and improved drug effects, is uniform, fine and properly viscous, can be easily smeared on the mucous membrane of a focus of the vagina, is convenient to carry when one goes out, eliminates discomforts like pain during vaginal administration, enhances medication comfort and treatment compliance and shortens a treatment period. |
