titleOfInvention Novel prescription, delivering device and preparation method for Shuangzuotai compound gel
abstract The invention discloses a novel prescription, portable delivering device and preparation method for a Shuangzuotai compound gel. The invention is characterized in that the compound gel is prepared from the following components by using specially-produced internal and external packing according to specific flow process: on the basis of weight, 10 to 15% of ornidazole, 3 to 8% of miconazole nitrate, 0.1 to 0.5% of chlorhexidine acetate and matrix adjuvant (consisting of 0.5 to 5% of carboxymethylcellulose sodium, 1 to 15% of carbomer, 10 to 30% of glycerin, 10 to 30% of propylene glycol, 10 to 20% of ethanol, 0.1 to 2% of polyethylene glycol, 0.1 to 5% of poloxamer, 0.1 to 2% of laurocapram, 0.1 to 3% of triethanolamine and a proper amount of purified water). The gel is prepared from the above-mentioned materials by using a specific process and is then sealed in the portable delivering device. The invention has the following beneficial effects: the gel has improved drug effects, reduced side-effects, decreased adverse reaction and small granularity, is uniform, fine and properly viscous, can be easily smeared on the mucous membrane of a focus of the vagina, improves bioavailability, is convenient to carry when one goes out, eliminates discomforts like pain during vaginal administration, enhances medication compliance and shortens a treatment period.
