abstract | The invention discloses a composite anode and a preparation method thereof. The composite anode is composed of a glass substrate, a cesium salt layer, an intermediate layer and a rhenium oxide layer. The cesium salt layer can be prepared by using the spin coating method and is made of metallic compounds with the large grain size, so that the light scattering can be enhanced. The intermediate layer is made of mixing materials with the poly (3,4-ethylene dioxythiohene) and the poly (styrene sulfonate), so that the conductivity of the anode; and the preparation is carried out by using the spin coating mode. The rhenium oxide layer is prepared by using the spin coating way, thereby simplifying the preparation method of the device; and the highest occupied molecular orbital of the rhenium oxide has the low energy level, so that the cavity injection can be enhanced and the luminous efficiency of the device can be improved. In addition, the invention also discloses an organic light-emitting device containing the composite anode and a preparation method thereof. |
