titleOfInvention Board coating capable of absorbing volatile formaldehyde
abstract The invention discloses a board coating capable of absorbing volatile formaldehyde. The board coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 25-30 parts of sodium phosphate powder, 14-20 parts of nano calcium sulfate, 15-23 parts of titanate coupling agent, 9-15 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 3-9 parts of montmorillonitic clay thickening agent, 2-8 parts of anatase titanium dioxide, 11-16 parts of stearic acid, 2-6 parts of anti-mildew agent and 2-3 parts of antifreezing agent. The coating generates hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidizing power, has the function of decomposing the organic compounds such as formaldehyde, benzene, ammonia, TVOC (total volatile organic compound) and the like, and simultaneously achieves antibacterial, antitoxin, deodorant, antifouling, hydrophilic and self-cleaning effects.
