abstract | The invention discloses a composite foamed building coating which is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 90-120 parts of a magnesium oxide solution, 80-95 parts of an elastic solution, 1-25 parts of zinc oxide, 3-9 parts of a flame retardant, 2-9 parts of active carbon, 14-20 parts of normal heptane, 23-30 parts of dioxane, 14-20 parts of ferrous chloride, 16-20 parts of magnesium oxide, 18-25 parts of decyl acrylate-iso, 23-30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 35-40 parts of organosilicone modified epoxy resin, 1-2 parts of a thickener, 3-6 parts of a dispersant, 5-10 parts of a film forming assistant and 5-20 parts of a cosolvent. The building material disclosed by the invention is small in volume-weight, can be used as a light material for manufacturing suspended ceilings, partition walls and the like, is low in heat conductive coefficient, fireproof and noncombustible, can be widely applied to insulative building materials of interior and exterior walls, and is sound-absorbing, shockproof, worm-preventive, corrosion-resistant, not easy to age, water immersion-resistant and free from toxicity, smell and pollution. |
