abstract | The invention discloses a stacked organic light emitting device and a preparation method thereof. The stacked organic light emitting device comprises a charge generating layer, and the charge generating layer includes a first bipolar metal oxide layer, a second bipolar metal oxide layer and a third bipolar metal oxide layer which are sequentially stacked. The first bipolar metal oxide layer is made of a mixed material formed by doping metal lithium salt into a bipolar metal oxide according to the weight ratio of 1-4:10. The second bipolar metal oxide layer is made of molybdenum trioxide, tungsten trioxide or vanadium pentoxide. The third bipolar metal oxide layer is made of a mixed material formed by doping ferric trichloride into a bipolar metal oxide according to the weight ratio of 1-3:5. The stacked organic light emitting device of the invention has strong hole and electron regeneration ability, small interface barrier and interface defect and high electron transfer rate, and the light emitting efficiency of the stacked organic light emitting device is effectively improved. |
