abstract Methods and compositions for the diagnosis, prognosis and/or treatment of prostate associated disorders are disclosed. Specially, the invention discloses a method which is used for diagnosing whether a tested person has prostate related disorders or is in risk of prostate related disorders, and determining the prognosis of the tested person having the prostate related disorders and/or the treatment of the tested person having the prostate related disorders. The method includes measuring the level of at least one biomarker of a tested sample from the tested person, wherein relative to the level of the corresponding biomarker of a reference sample, the change of the level of the biomarker of the tested sample means that the tested person has the disorders or is in risk of the disorders.
