The polyurethane with the brush-like side chain of hydrophobic tertiary amine carboxylate betaine ester of the present invention can be used alone as a biomedical material, a drug carrier and a medical implant, or as a coating for marine ship coatings or medical device coatings , so that it has excellent hydrophilicity, anti-fouling properties and good mechanical properties. Due to the strong adhesion of the material on the stainless steel substrate and the self-healing ability after the surface is slowly hydrolyzed, it is especially suitable for marine ship coatings and medical device coatings to improve its anti-marine biofouling and anti-animal cell adsorption properties . |
