The core board is prepared by curing sulfur-oxygen-magnesium gelling material fire door core board slurry, wherein the slurry is prepared from the following components: light calcined magnesia powder, magnesium sulfate, modifying agent, polypropylene fiber, water and foam in a mass ratio of 1.00:(0.20-0.40):(0.005-0.010):(0.005-0.010):(0.700-0.850):(0.18-0.22). Compared with the prior art, the fire door core board has the characteristics of simple production process, easily implemented mechanical production, no moisture absorption or efflorescence, no corrosion to steel fire door panel and locks, good duration and the like, and has a good popularization and application value. |
