titleOfInvention Production technology of aerated concrete block
abstract The invention discloses a production technology of an aerated concrete block. The production technology of the aerated concrete block comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, mixing, stirring, pouring, hardening, cutting and curing. The production technology of the aerated concrete block comprises the steps that firstly coal ash is ground until particle size is less than or equal to 0.045mm, so as to increase surface area and viscosity of the coal ash; then the coal ash and desulphurized gypsum are prepared into coal ash slurry, and the coal ash slurry, quick lime and cement are put into a pouring and stirring machine to be stirred, so that the coal ash slurry can be uniformly mixed and stirred more easily, so that white patches cannot be formed on the building block finished product, and product quality cannot be influenced. The production technology of the aerated concrete block has the advantages that slurry falling off during pouring and leftover materials falling off when a green body is cut are recycled to a waste slurry tank and then are pumped into the pouring and stirring machine to be utilized, raw materials are not wasted, and viscosity can be improved after stirring is carried out repeatedly, so that strength of the building block finished product is improved; steam and waste water which are discharged by a steam curing kettle are recycled, thus resource is saved, and cost is saved.
