titleOfInvention Method for extracting zeaxanthin by microbiological method
abstract The invention provides a method for extracting zeaxanthin by a microbiological method. Firstly, carotenoids are accepted and extensively attracted as a natural food pigment. The method comprises the following steps: 1. selecting corn dregs; 2. carrying out fermentation treatment; 3. extracting the corn dregs with 95% alcohol; 4. concentrating the extracting solution; 5. carrying out encapsulation embedding, homogenization and spray drying on one part of the product obtained in the step 4 to prepare the crude extract of the corn yellow pigment, and carrying out macroporous resin purification, encapsulation embedding, homogenization and spray drying on the other part of the product obtained in the step 4 to prepare the fine extract of the corn yellow pigment. The method is used for extracting zeaxanthin by the microbiological method.
