abstract | A kind of method of utilizing the rare aldose of the 2-deoxidations such as aldolase biosynthesis DRI of the present invention, the protein sequence of two kinds of DRI 5-phosphoric acid aldolase mutant is disclosed, and the ETEC that contains DRI 5-phosphoric acid aldolase mutant code gene building (<i>Escherichia? coli</i>) recombinant bacterial strain L1. Experiment showed, that this recombinant bacterial strain can generate 2-deoxidation aldose with resting cell catalysis acetaldehyde and the reaction of multiple aldehyde radical, has very strong substrate tolerance. For example can be taking acetaldehyde and D-glyceraldehyde as substrate synthetic DRI, taking acetaldehyde and L-glyceraldehyde as the synthetic 2-deoxidation-L-wood sugar of substrate, taking acetaldehyde and D-erythrose as the synthetic 2-deoxidation-D-altrose of substrate. Therefore, ETEC recombinant bacterial strain L1 of the present invention can be applicable to the production field of the rare aldose of deoxidation, and the deoxidation aldose obtaining is with a wide range of applications in food and medicine industry. |
