titleOfInvention Glucozine derivatives with 3-substituted benzylamine structure and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a glucosinoside derivative with a 3-substituted benzylamine structure, which is represented by the general formula (I): Wherein: when R 2 is a hydrogen atom, R 1 is a hydroxyl group, R 3 is a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group; when R 2 is a methyl group, R 1 is a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a methoxy group or an ethoxy group, and R 3 is A hydrogen atom or a methoxy group; when R 2 is a methylene group, R 1 is an ether group, and R 3 is a hydrogen atom. Experiments have proved that the glucosidazine derivatives with a 3-substituted benzylamine structure of the present invention have high anti-hypoxia activity, and the raw materials of the glucosidazine derivatives with a 3-substituted benzylamine structure of the present invention are readily available and easy to synthesize.
