In 80wt% methanol, shake at room temperature for 24-36 hours, separate the supernatant, concentrate and dry to obtain methanol extract; disperse the above-mentioned methanol extract in distilled water, the ratio of solid to liquid is 1g:10-30mL, and the volume ratio is 1: 2 Add ethyl acetate and shake and extract 2 to 3 times, collect the aqueous phase extract and concentrate and dry it, with a yield of 19.8 to 25.8%; the dried sample is applied to a reverse-phase resin SciBioChem MCI-GEL chromatography column with a packing height of 20 cm and a column diameter of 3.2cm, eluted with methanol-water gradient, the concentrations are 0wt%, 10wt%, 20wt%, 30wt%, 40wt%, 50wt% methanol, and the elution flow rate is 1-2mL/min.
