abstract The invention discloses a purified plains coreopsis flavone tablet and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: with taking crushed plains coreopsis as a raw material, adding water into the plains coreopsis powder, performing ultrasonic treatment for 15 minutes under the conditions of 55 DEG C and 160W, then adding 2.5% (G/G) of biological complex enzyme to perform enzymolysis at the temperature of 50-55 DEG C for 3 hours, performing enzyme deactivation, centrifugation and AB-8 macroporous resin absorption and resolution, wherein the amount of the AB-8 macroporous resin for absorption is 1/15 (G/V) times that of the extracting solution of plains coreopsis flavone; resolving and eluting by using 70% ethanol which is 15 times the extracting solution of plains coreopsis flavone, and collecting the eluent; concentrating the eluent, adding beta-cyclodextrin and maltodextrin, wherein the molar ratio of beta-cyclodextrin to maltodextrin is 1:1 and the molar ratio of the beta-cyclodextrin and maltodextrin to solids is 2:3, the molar ratio of substances added into the powder particles to the particles is 7:3, beta-cyclodextrin accounts for 70 percent, and maltodextrin accounts for 30 percent; and adding 2% of xylitol and 1% of magnesium stearate. The prepared plains coreopsis flavone tablet has antibacterial and anti-oxidation effects and enhances the immunity.
