titleOfInvention Preparing method of barium permanent-magnetic ferrite materials
abstract The invention discloses a preparing method of barium permanent-magnetic ferrite materials. According to the preparing method, fused salts are used as media of a solid phase reaction; the barium permanent-magnetic ferrite materials with high magnetic performance are manufactured and obtained through regulating the types and the proportion of the fused salts and controlling the sintering process; and the barium permanent-magnetic ferrite materials have the characteristic that the residual magnetism, the coercive force and the magnetic energy product are higher than those of barium ferrite prepared by a traditional process. The preparing method provided by the invention has the advantages of low reaction temperature and low energy consumption.
