The invention discloses a nylon sheath material for power lines and a preparation method thereof. The nylon sheath material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of nylon 6, 15-25 parts of aromatic polyamide, 10-20 parts of acrylonitrile-chlorinated polyethylene-styrene terpolymers, 5-10 parts of cellulose triacetate, 8-14 parts of trioctyl trimellitate, 6-12 parts of dihexyl sebacate, 1-2 parts of tribasic lead sulfate, 0.5-1.5 parts of dibasic lead stearate, 1-2 parts of zinc naphthenate, 3-6 parts of palm wax, 2-4 parts of glycerol triacetate, 4-7 parts of castor oil, 5-10 parts of encapsulated red phosphorus, 3-6 parts of zinc borate, 17-23 parts of acetylene carbon black, 1-2 parts of anilino-methyl-triethoxysilane, 15-20 parts of nano bauxite, 10-15 parts of waste ceramic powder, 1-2 parts of antioxidants 1010, and 12-18 parts of adjuvants. The sheath material, provided by the invention, has excellent aging resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, high mechanical strength, good electric insulativity, good tenacity, strong impact resistance, good chemical stability, low shrinkage factor, low water absorption, difficulty in deformation, difficulty in cracking, and durability. |
