titleOfInvention Filtration device of decoloration pond
abstract The invention discloses a filtration device of a decoloration pond. The filtration device comprises a water inlet pipe and a rotary barrel, wherein the rotary barrel is arranged at the middle of the decoloration pond and is driven to rotate by a motor through a transmission case; an outer layer of the rotary barrel is formed by a filter plate made of stainless steel; an inner layer of the rotary barrel is formed by a polypropylene filter membrane which is bonded with the outer layer together; an outlet is formed below the side of the decoloration pond; the water inlet pipe is arranged at one side of an opening of the rotary barrel; a treatment box is arranged at the other side of the opening of the rotary barrel and is connected with the decoloration pond through a bracket; 4 to 10 layers of baffle plates are arranged in the treatment box; ferrous sulfate and alkali aluminum are arranged on each layer of the baffle plate. According to the device, the wastewater decoloration and a flocculation reaction are simultaneously carried out, so that the value of COD in the wastewater is decreased and SS pollutants in the wastewater are removed; the wastewater is thrown out of the polypropylene filter membrane by virtue of the centrifugal force of the rotary barrel while cotton yarns, fibers and impurities are intercepted in the rotary barrel. The device is simple in structure and good in filtration effect. Based on the device, subsequent hydrolysis and acidification reactions are easy to carry out; large quantities of decomposition bacteria are not required.
