titleOfInvention | Anti-tumor active substance in liquorice, extraction method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses an anti-tumor active substance in liquorice, an extraction method and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of a biological medicine. The anti-tumor active substance is prepared from liquorice benzofuran, liquorice pyranocoumarin and liquorice isoflavone. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a glycyrrhizae water extract GC-1; 2, separating an anti-tumor effective part GC-2 of liquorice; 3, separating the anti-tumor effective part GC-3 of liquorice; 4, separating an anti-tumor active substance GC-4 of liquorice; 5, separating the anti-tumor active substance GC-5 of liquorice. The anti-tumor active substance is applied to in vitro induction of human cervical cancer Hela cell and gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cell apoptosis. A plurality of separation methods are adopted to separate and extract liquorice, so as to obtain the anti-tumor active substance GC-5 of liquorice. The substance is subjected to systemic anti-tumor activity determination. It is proved that the substance has the effect of in vitro inducing apoptosis of human cervical cancer Hela cell and gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cell and has low effective dose and significant antitumor action. |
