abstract The invention relates to a poria cocos facial mask. The poria cocos facial mask is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35g of white poria cocos, 40-60g of towel gourd juice, 10-20g of radix angelicae, 2-8g of lemon juice, 10-20g of almond and 10-20g of angelica sinensis. A preparation method of the poria cocos facial mask comprises the following steps: (1) taking white poria cocos, the radix angelicae, the almond and the angelica sinensis, respectively processing, drying, grinding, sieving by using a 200-300 mesh sieve, and taking out for later use; (2) taking the towel gourd juice, heating to 90-100 DEG C, sequentially adding the white poria cocos, the radix angelicae, the almond and the angelica sinensis according to parts by weight, which are processed in the step (1), cooking for 30-45 minutes, and uniformly stirring; and (3) cooling to 50-60 DEG C, adding the 2-8g of lemon juice, then fully and uniformly stirring, and cooling to a room temperature, thus obtaining the poria cocos facial mask.
