titleOfInvention Film sealing process for top-emission OLED displayer
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of OLED displaying, in particular to a film sealing manufacturing process of an OLED displayer. The translucent cathode of the OLED displayer is covered with a film sealing structure. The film sealing structure is characterized by being composed of a plurality of film structures, namely the C60 films, the metal-oxide films and the polymer films in sequence from bottom to top; the metal-oxide films and the polymer films are alternately arranged at intervals of 2-3 cycles. The sealing-layer film pre-manufacturing process is completely compatible with the manufacturing process of an organic light-emitting structure. Meanwhile, the manufactured film has a small expansion factor and can be well compatible with the translucent cathode and inorganic oxide sealing material. In addition, the manufactured film further has high transmittance in a visible light wave band, and therefore the viewing angle displaying effect of the device can be improved.
