abstract | The invention relates to a peanut oil production method which comprises the following steps: (1) screening out fully grown peanuts, cleaning, and drying until the water content is less than 5%; (2) crushing the peanuts through a crusher, removing the red skins on the epidermis of the peanuts, and removing the red skins of the peanuts through a blower; (3) heating the peanuts to 180-200 DEG C, and stir-frying to improve the aroma of peanut oil; (4) mixing the peanuts, pseudo-ginseng and fleece-flower root according to a weight ratio of 100:5:3, and steaming and frying to mix the nutritional ingredients of the pseudo-ginseng and the fleece-flower root with the peanuts; and (5) performing oil extraction through an oil press at 140 DEG C, thus obtaining the peanut oil. The production method provided by the invention improves the oil extraction rate and the nutritive value of the peanut oil. |
