abstract | The present invention relates to the novel cyclopropane toroid hydantoin derivatives containing sulfonamide substitutions base, its structural formula is:n r in formulan 1 for phenyl and the heterocyclic arene base of phenyl, replacement.Its method for making is: after 1-carboxyl-2,2-dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylic acid's ethyl ester and Vinyl chloroformate being reacted, at NaNn 3 effect is lower generates 1-acid azide-2,2-dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylic acid ethyl ester; 1-acid azide-2; 2-dimethyl cyclopropane carboxylic acid ethyl ester is reset through Curtius and is generated corresponding isocyanic ester <b>; </b> isocyanic ester and reacting ethylenediamine obtain N-3-(2-is amino) ethyl-5-cyclopropane toroid hydantoin, then react with corresponding SULPHURYL CHLORIDE in the basic conditions and generate target cyclopropane toroid hydantoin derivatives.The compounds of this invention has goodish anti-convulsant activity, and preparation method is simple, productive rate is higher. |
