The apparatus comprises an electric adsorption-desorption system, a water-storing liquid-storing system and a circulating system; the electric adsorption-desorption system comprises an electric adsorption-desorption cylinder, a cathode carbon felt, an anode carbon felt, an annular liquid-spraying perforated pipe, a connection pipe, an eluant inlet pipe, a first wastewater inlet pipe, a water draining pipe, a first liquid draining pipe and a water-quality detector; the water-storing liquid-storing system comprises a water-storing tank and a liquid-storing tank; the water-storing tank is arranged below the liquid-storing tank; the water-storing tank comprises a rectangular water-storing tank, a second wastewater inlet pipe and a wastewater conveying pipe; the liquid-storing tank comprises a rectangular liquid-storing tank and a second liquid draining pipe; and the circulating system comprises a pump, a stored-water circulating pipe, a stored-liquid circulating pipe and a solenoid valve. The main beneficial effects comprise that 1) the apparatus is high in efficiency and low in energy consumption; 2) no residual sludge is generated, and the problem of processing the residual sludge is avoided; 3) the apparatus is environment-friendly and has no secondary pollution; and 4) the eluant is reusable, so that the cost is saved, and also phosphorus in the eluant can be concentrated, so that recovery of phosphorus resource is facilitated. |
