The present invention deposits fine and close, the good chemical deposit of adhesion on magnesium base composite material surface and exposed whisker, improve the corrosion resisting property of magnesium base composite material, solve preferably the corrosion-prone problem of magnesium base composite material, improved its external environment condition adaptive capacity. Material prepared by the inventive method both can, for aerospace field, can be used for again the electronic product industries such as automobile industry, mobile phone, computer, camera.
