abstract | The invention relates to an addition type heatproof liquid silicone rubber composition. The composition comprises polysiloxane with the mhydrophobic hydrophobic molecular chain containing at least two ethylenic linkages, organic hydrogen polysiloxane with the molecular chain containing at least two silicon-hydrogen bonds, a reinforcing filler, a heatproof agent which is iron oxide or cerium oxide supported spherical polysiloxane powder, an inhibitor and a catalyst. The heatproof agent has small particle sizes, is hydrophobic, can be easily dispersed in polysiloxanes, and realizes less addition; and the heatproof silicone rubber has the advantages of easy embedding, small shrinkage, and realization of the heat resistance temperature reaching above 300DEG C. |
