titleOfInvention Special fertilizer for potatoes
abstract The invention discloses special fertilizer for potatoes. The fertilizer comprises 5% of organic matters and 40% of inorganic matters, wherein a ratio of nitrogen to phosphor to potassium is 13: 13: 14; the fertilizer contains medical stone, humic acid and various trace elements; when processing, sulfuric acid and potassium chloride enter into a zone I of a reaction tank after being heated and measured; concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium chloride, after reacting in the zone I, flow into a zone II through underflow holes for further reaction and are mixed with phosphoric acid to prepare mixed acid; the mixed acid participates in a neutralization reaction with gas ammonia of a gas ammonia buffer tank in a reactor after being measured; multi-component compound fertilizer slurry generated from the reaction enters into a neutralization tank; water in the material slurry evaporated by reaction heat is separated in the neutralization tank, while the material slurry overflows into a urea dissolving tank from the neutralization tank and then overflows into a slurry spraying tank; the material slurry is atomized through compressed air and enters into a pelletizer, is sprayed on a fertilizer curtain lifted by a shoveling plate on a pelletizing section, and is coated and pelletized on the surfaces of fertilizer granules; the fertilizer granules are simultaneously dried by hot air, and are further dried in a drying section of the pelletizer; fertilizer is dried into a finished product.
