titleOfInvention Beggarweed extract and total flavone and kaempferitrin separated from beggarweed extract and medical application thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field of medicine, particularly to the application of a desmodium podocarpum DC extract, desmodium podocarpum DC total flavone and kaempferitrin monomer chemical compound separated from the desmodium podocarpum DC extract in preparing medicine or food for preventing and curing osteoporosis. Desmodium podocarpum DC drying whole herbs are used as raw materials for extraction and separation so as to obtain the desmodium podocarpum DC extract, the desmodium podocarpum DC total flavone is prepared through the desmodium podocarpum DC extract, and the kaempferitrin monomer chemical compound is obtained through separation. Experiments in vivo and in vitro indicate that the desmodium podocarpum DC extract, the desmodium podocarpum DC total flavone or the kaempferitrin monomer chemical compound has favorable osteoporosis resistant bioactivity, so that the desmodium podocarpum DC extract, the desmodium podocarpum DC total flavone and the kaempferitrin monomer chemical compound can be used for preparing the medicine or the food for preventing and curing the osteoporosis. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple, and a new medicine source is provided for the resistance to the osteoporosis.
