All the components are prepared and mixed according to a proportion, and then are uniformly agitated so as to obtain the prevention and cure agentia a 800-1,000 times diluent liquid of the prevention and cure agentia is sprayed to the surrounding of damaged plants for 2-4 times, and the time interval of each time of agentia application is 5-8 days.
