abstract The invention provides a method for manufacturing a perovskite-based thin film solar cell and an ink-jet printer. The perovskite-based thin film solar cell is provided with a plurality of thin-film layers stacked on a substrate. The method for manufacturing the perovskite-based thin film solar cell comprises the step that the thin-film layers are printed on the substrate in sequence through ink corresponding to materials of the thin-film layers according to the ink-jet printing technology layer by layer. In the thin film printing process, upper heating can be conducted on the thin-film layers formed on the substrate above the substrate. A thin film obtained in the mode is good in quality and the photoelectric converting efficiency of the perovskite-based thin film solar cell is high.
