titleOfInvention | A method for improving the performance of the light-absorbing layer of perovskite solar cells |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for improving the performance of a light-absorbing layer of a perovskite solar cell. The method includes: adding additives to perovskite reactants to form a perovskite precursor solution; then spin-coating the precursor solution onto a substrate covered with an electron transport material or a hole transport material, and forming a perovskite precursor solution after heat treatment. Perovskite light-absorbing layer film; wherein, the additive includes one or more of C n H 2n+1 NH 3 B and AB type compounds, wherein n=0-3, A is selected from monovalent metals, and B is selected from From F, Cl, Br or I. The light-absorbing layer of the perovskite solar cell prepared by the method of the invention can increase the cell efficiency from less than 6% to more than 10%. The method of the invention is simple and effective, simplifies the preparation process, and can save production cost. Therefore, the method of the present invention for improving the performance of the light-absorbing layer of the perovskite solar cell has extremely high industrial application value. |
