titleOfInvention | Maskless organic color electroluminescence displayer and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a maskless organic color electroluminescence displayer and a manufacturing method of the maskless organic color electroluminescence displayer. A blue light emitting layer, prepared through vacuum evaporation, of an OLED display screen, a red light emitting layer prepared through ink-jet printing, and a green light emitting layer prepared through ink-jet printing are put forward. The maskless organic color electroluminescence displayer and the manufacturing method are characterized in that the process characteristics of small organic molecule vacuum evaporation are combined with the advantages of polymer ink-jet printing, and therefore the maskless organic color OLED displayer is obtained and manufactured, and the requirement for cost is lowered. Compared with a manufacturing process for a small molecule full-color OLED display screen, no mask process is needed in the manufacturing process; compared with a polymer full-color OLED display screen, the advantages that small organic molecules are high in efficiency and long in service life can be given into full play, the problems that polymer blue light material is low in efficiency and short in service life, and the problem of the thickness uniformity of a printing thin film are solved, leakage current can be reduced, and luminance and uniformity of the display screen are improved. |
