abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of an ergosterol artificial antigen. The preparation method is characterized in that ergosterol succinic acid monoester is obtained through catalyzed synthesis of ergosterol and succinic anhydride used as raw materials and serves as a hapten, and then a lively ester method is used for coupling the generated ergosterol succinic acid monoester and carrier protein so as to prepare the ergosterol artificial antigen. The preparation method is simple in synthetic steps and convenient to operate; reaction conditions are easy to realize; especially, an aftertreatment treatment method is simple and convenient; the yield and purity of the product are relatively high; the coupling ratio is in the range of 4-10; and the BSA (bovine serum albumin) artificial antigen in the coupling ratio interval has good immunocompetence and is suitable for serving as an antigen immune preparation antibody. |
