The invention discloses natural vegetable oil beneficial to eyesight. The natural vegetable oil beneficial to eyesight is prepared from the following components in weight percent: 60-90% of natural vegetable oil prepared by a low-temperature cold pressing technology, and 10-40% of one or two of a cranberry extract and xanthophyll, wherein the content of omega-3 unsaturated fatty acid in the natural vegetable oil is more than or equal to 40%. The natural vegetable oil beneficial to eyesight is simple in preparation technology, good in product stability, high in absorptivity and convenient to take, and is capable of supplementing the lack of linolenic acid intake in daily diet. |
