Problem of the present invention is to provide and a kind ofly more positively can obtains superior water-repellancy and the film of grease proofness.A kind of water and oil-resistant film, being the film formed on the surface of material to give water-repellancy and grease proofness, it is characterized in that: (1) aforementioned film contains metal oxide composite particles; (2) aforementioned metal oxides composite particles comprises: a) metal oxide particle and b) be formed in this metal oxide particle surface containing the coating of polymethyl acrylic acid fluoroalkyl resin; (3) by the surface-area (m of the Oil repellent (% by weight) of aforementioned metal oxides composite particles divided by metal oxide particlen 2 / g) value of gained is 0.025 ~ 0.180. |
