titleOfInvention Flow measuring device based on double-cantilever integrated vibration-compensation-type vortex street sensor
abstract The invention discloses a flow measuring device based on a double-cantilever integrated vibration-compensation-type vortex street sensor. The flow measuring device comprises the double-cantilever integrated sensor, a graphite gasket, a lower shell, a sensor pressing block, a lower shell boss and a bluff body. The double-cantilever integrated sensor comprises two cantilever-type sensor bodies fixed to the same base, wherein one cantilever-type sensor body serves as a main sensor and is located in the downstream vortex street of the bluff body, the other cantilever-type sensor body serves as a compensation sensor and stretches into a small groove in the bluff body, same piezo-electric crystals are embedded into the sensor bodies respectively, the two sensor bodies are close to each other and used for sensing fluid vibration and pipeline vibration respectively, and a pipeline vibration signal in the main sensor is offset through charge compensation with the difference value between signals of the two sensor bodies as output. By means of the flow measuring device, the influence of pipeline vibration on flow measurement can be effectively eliminated or reduced on the premise that certain strength of output signals is guaranteed.
