abstract The invention discloses a compound monascus statin ferment lozenge and a preparation method thereof. The lozenge comprises a main component and a stuffing auxiliary component; wherein the main component is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of monascus powder, 15 to 18 parts of angelica keiskei powder, 6 to 8 parts of fresh milk, 3 to 5 parts of white sugar, 3 to 6 parts of sorbic acid, 20 to 30 parts of compressible starch, and 2 to 3 parts of aspartame; and the stuffing auxiliary component is composed one or more components selected from mannitol powder, aspartame, a wetting agent, and a lubricant (fatty acid magnesium). The lozenge is prepared by the following steps: mixing, fermenting, granulating, and pressing into tablets. The novel lozenge has the advantages that: the grass odor of the monascus powder and angelica keiskei is eliminated, and the lozenge has a unique flavor, soft and fine taste, rich nutrients, and a certain medicinal value.
