titleOfInvention | Preparation method of gemini bis-quaternary ammonium salt bactericide |
abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a gemini bis-quaternary ammonium salt bactericide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dripping a diamine and solvent mixture into a mixed solution containing long-chain bromo-hydrocarbon and a solvent, controlling the dripping temperature to be 50 to 90 DEG C, reacting for 20-40 minutes at a constant temperature, then adding the solvent, reacting for 6-10 hours at the constant temperature to end the reaction, discharging and analyzing, wherein the mass ratio of the long-chain bromo-hydrocarbon to the solvent is 10:(2-5). The bactericide disclosed by the invention has the advantages of having a good bactericidal performance on microorganisms (taking sulfate reducing bacteria as a main component and taking saprophytic bacteria and iron bacterium as auxiliary materials) in sewage of an oil field, lowering the sewage treatment cost of the oil field, simultaneously having a dual-sterilization mechanism and solving the problem of drug resistance to the microorganisms. |
