titleOfInvention Cleaning agent for food mechanical equipment
abstract The invention discloses a cleaning agent for food mechanical equipment. The cleaning agent is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 3-6 parts of fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, 1-3 parts of ammonium chloride, 1-3 parts of potassium hydrogen tartrate, 3-5 parts of sodium persulfate, 1-3 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium, 10-20 parts of propylene glycol, 0.2-0.4 part of essence, 2-4 parts of sulfamic acid and 300-500 parts of water. A preparation process of the cleaning agent for the food mechanical equipment comprises the steps of mixing all the components according to the ratio, stirring, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a finished product. Compared with the prior art, the cleaning agent simultaneously has multiple effects such as cleaning and sterilizing and is relatively strong in practicability, simple in preparation process and low in cost.
