titleOfInvention | Thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material, preparation method and organic light-emitting diode |
abstract | The invention relates to a thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material, which has the following chemical general formula MeTaO4:xTm<3+>,yHo<3+>, wherein x is 0.002-0.06, y is 0.002-0.04, and Me is one element selected from yttrium, lanthanum, gadolinium and lutetium. According to the present invention, in the photoluminescence spectrum of the thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material, the excitation wavelength of the thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material is 650 nm, and the luminescence peaks at wavelengths of 454 nm and 476 nm are respectively corresponding to the luminescence peaks formed by Tm<3+> ion <1>D2[arrow]<3>H4, <1>G4[arrow]<3>H6 transition radiation. The present invention further provides a preparation method of the thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material, and an organic light-emitting diode using the thulium and holmium double-doped rare earth tantalate upconversion luminescence material. |
