titleOfInvention Once-firing process of microcrystalline jade ceramic tile
abstract The invention discloses a once-firing process of a microcrystalline jade ceramic tile. The once-firing process comprises the following steps: 1) mixing 68-75% of SiO2, 17-21% of Al2O3, 0-0.5% of Fe2O3, 0-0.3% of TiO2, 0-0.5% of CaO, 0.5-1.0% of MgO, 1-2% of K2O, 2-3% of Na2O and 4.0-4.5% of IL according to the weight percent to obtain a ceramic tile blank; 2) pressing the ceramic tile blank into a full body air brick; 3) mixing 45-48% of SiO2, 18-21% of Al2O3, 0-0.5% of Li2O, 10-13% of CaO, 4.0-7.0% of MgO, 0.5-2.0% of K2O, 0.5-2.0% of Na2O, 2.0-5.0% of B2O3, 5.0-9.0% of ZrO2 and 2.0-4.0% of BaO into glaze base according to the weight percent, and preparing a clinker A from the glaze base to be paved on the upper surface of the full body air brick; 4) mixing 40-44% of SiO2, 16-19% of Al2O3, 0-0.5% of Li2O, 13-16% of CaO, 5.0-9.0% of MgO, 0.5-3.0% of K2O, 0.5-3.0% of Na2O, 3.0-6.0% of B2O3, 3.0-6.0% of ZrO2 and 3.0-6.0% of BaO into a glaze base according to the weight percent, and preparing a clinker B from the glaze base to be paved on the upper surface of the clinker A; 5) putting the full body air brick paved with the clinker A and the clinker B into a firing furnace to sinter and mold one time.
