The dying photosensitive resin composition includes a drying agent (A), an alkaline solubility resin (B), a photopolymerizable compound (C), a photoinitiator (D), and a solution (E), wherein the drying agent (A) includes dye materials represented in formula 1, the acid value of the alkaline solubility resin (B) is in the range of 30-150mg KOH/g, and the photoinitiator (D) includes compounds represented in formula 4, wherein R1 and R2 are represented by formula 2 individually, R3 to R8 are respectively a hydrogen atom, a halogen, or S03-. In the formula 4, R16 represents C1-C8 alkyl or is represented in formula 5, R17 represents C1-C8 alkyl or phenyl, and R18 is a substitutional or insubstitutional diphenyl sulfide group. |
