titleOfInvention A kind of preparation method of 2-aryl nitrile thiazole derivative
abstract The present invention discloses a novel intermediate (II), and a method for preparing 2-aryl nitrile thiazole derivatives (I) by coupling reaction thereof with a compound shown in formula (III): Wherein, X is Cl, Br or I; Y is F, Cl, Br, I, N 2 , -OSO 2 R a , -OCOR a or -OSi(R a ) 3 ; R 1 is C 1-6 alkyl or C 6-10 aryl; R a is C 1-6 alkyl or C 6-10 aryl; each of the C 1-6 alkyl and C 6-10 aryl is independently optionally substituted. The process has mild conditions, less impurities, simple operation, safety and controllability, and low energy consumption, and is especially suitable for industrial production. The present invention also discloses a method for preparing the novel intermediate represented by formula (II). The method has cheap materials and does not require separation and purification, which greatly reduces the reaction cost.
