titleOfInvention Fluorescent powder used in high-color-rendering warm white LED (light-emitting diode)
abstract The invention discloses fluorescent powder used in high-color-rendering warm white LED (light-emitting diode), and the fluorescent powder is prepared as follows: using a molybdate as a matrix, using an alkali metal to modify red ray fluorescent powder BaMoO4:Pr<3+>, KCl (R1) used in blue-ray excited LED; at the same time using fluoroaluminate and silicate as matrixes to invent two kinds of fluorescent powder used in violet-ray excited LED. The two kinds of fluorescent powder are as follows: Al <3+> modified Sr3MxSi1-xO5:Ce<3+>, Eu<2+> (Y1) and Ca<2+>, Mg<2+> and Si<4+> three-doped modified Sr2CaMgxAl1-2xSixO4F:Ce<3+> (Y2). The production process is simple and easy to operate, raw materials are cheap and easily obtained, and the equipment investment is low, so that the industrialized production is easy to realize. In addition, the production process basically does not produce "three wastes", basically belongs to the green, environmentally-friendly, low-energy-consumption and high-profit industry, and completely can achieve the double harvest of economic and social benefits.
