The cell-penetrating peptide of the present invention is composed of 24 amino acids, and is an alternate combination of hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity, and contains a large amount of lysine and arginine. The present invention obtains the desired peptide by solid-phase synthesis. The polypeptide is connected with lapatinib by a chemical synthesis method, and the present invention also provides the effect of the linker passing through the blood-brain barrier and the anti-tumor effect. |
