The invention relates to a novel compound in alocasia cucullata, a preparation method thereof and pharmaceutical uses thereof. The compound is prepared by subjecting a crude extraction product of the alocasia cucullata to repeat extraction, column chromatography and thin layer chromatography. The chemical name of the compound is (E)-N-(2-(6-hydroxy-1H-indol-2-yl)-2-oxoethyl)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-metho-xyphenyl)acry-lamide. Activity experiments show that the novel compound has good anti-tumor functions and can be used for preparing anti-tumor medicines. |
